Salary: $39,793.00 - $47,664.00 per year Class III Special Police Officer
Comprehensive health and benefit package.May be required to work outside of normal work hours.Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other manuals and documents.Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and lift or move at least 25lbs or more of weight.Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems (including relevant equipment and tools) is a plus.Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs to supervisor.Comply with all safety and health regulations.Clean interior of the building, as well as machinery and equipment, and exterior of the building.Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, dry wall and heating and ventilation systems maintenance.Day-to-day duties include: light repairs, property maintenance and general upkeep of Municipal buildings. Individual will perform a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks. Full-time handyman/maintenance person needed for Municipal Complex.
